Surgeons Leave A 7 Inch Pair Of Forceps Inside A Women

I couldn't believe this until I saw the picture myself. Danna Bowett, a nurse herself went into hospital to have her gall bladder removed, what i would class as a routine operation.

She left hospital however, with 7 inch forceps still lodged in her abdomen. Although this is an extremely unusual incident, the women was left in severe pain.

It is therefore not surprising that the hospital is now facing a huge lawsuit.
