A man in Australia has been arrested due to kissing or rather attempting to kiss a police dog. He has been charged with assaulting a 'police officer'.
I mean come one, fair enough the guy was out of place, but he was drunk and kissing a dog is more drunk and disorderly than an assault case. We live in weird times.
